自由曲线轮廓度误差评定及其可视化

摘    要:针对曲线轮廓度误差评定存在的问题,提出对设计点插值反算出轮廓的三次非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)理想曲线的方法,建立自由曲线轮廓度误差计算的数学模型.应用微粒群优化算法(Particle SwarmOptimization,PSO)计算测量点到理想曲线的最短距离,准确评定曲线轮廓度的误差.采用Matlab软件实现自由曲线轮廓度误差评定的可视化,使得被测量的几何特征更加直观.实验结果表明,所用方法计算速度快、所得结果精度高.
