复合材料层合结构的热和力学分析

摘    要:针对复合材料层合结构的热和力学分析提出了一种多层相对自由度壳元。整个分析过程可以在同一套有限元网格下实现。该单元基于三维有限元提出,易于与三维实体单元连接。采用了一种应力后处理方法以准确计算复合材料旋转壳体中的横向应力。两个数值算例说明了程序的可靠性。分析了受热载荷作用的带开孔和补强的复合材料圆柱壳,结果显示当补强层与面板的热膨胀系数相差过大时,孔边会存在较大的层间应力,可能会导致分层破坏。

Abstract:A multilayered shell element with relative degrees of freedom is presented for thermal and mechanical analyses of composite laminated structures.The analyses can be performed using the same finite element mesh.The 2-D element is based on 3-D FEM and can be easily connected with a 3-D solid element.A post-processing method was used to compute the transverse stresses in composite shells of revolution.The validity and accuracy of the program are shown by two numerical examples analyzing a composite cylindrical shell with a cutout and a reinforcement around the cutout.The results show that large interlaminar stresses occur around the cutout when there is distinct mismatch between the thermal expansion coefficients of the reinforcement and the skin,which may cause delamination.
