基于实体有限元的机械优化设计方法及其应用

摘    要:介绍了优化设计的基本原理和方法,利用著名有限元分析软件COSMOSWorks对一悬臂支架建立了实体有限元模型并进行了优化设计.实例表明采用实体有限元优化设计不仅提高了设计质量和设计效率,而且改进了产品的性能,可以获得较高的经济效益.

Abstract:The paper introduced the basic principles and methods of optimization design. A solid finite element model of a cantilever bracket is constructed and optimized by the famous COSMOSWorks finite elements software. The practice indicates that the optimization methods based on COSMOSWorks software can not only increase the design quality and efficiency, but also improve the product quality. Higher economic effect is expected as a result.
