大豆叶片衰老过程中光合作用与有关酶活性变化的研究

摘    要:通过对衰老过程中的大豆叶片的光合速率、希尔反应活性、叶绿素含量的测定及同工酶分析,发现大豆叶片衰老过程中光合速率、希尔反应活性均下降,活性氧自由基清除剂的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性也逐步下降,但超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及其同工酶谱带数均随大豆叶片衰老与增加,以大豆叶片为材料,讨论了光合活性与同工酶的关系及自然条件下叶片衰老中光合活性下降的可能原因。

Abstract:The photyosynthetic rate, Hill reaction activity and the activity of hydrogen peroxidase, an active radical eliminator, were declined, but the activities of suproxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase(POD) were enhanced during leaf senescence. The isozymic bands of SOD and POD were also increased. The relationships between the activity of photosynthesis and isoenzymes, and the probable reason for the decline of photosynthetic rate during senescence under nature conditions were discussed.
