摘    要:本文阐述了武钢五机架冷轧机厚度控制系统的计算机仿真。在分析各控制系统结构的基础上,根据工艺模型和传递函数建立仿真模型。仿真程序采用模块结构。将仿真结果与现场实测曲线进行比较、校核,以提高仿真的精确度。最后,对该冷连轧机控制系统进一步优化提供了参考建议。

Abstract:Digital simulation has been carried out for the plate thickness control system of the modern tandem cold rolling mills installed in Wuhan Iron and Steel Company (WISCO). The control system is a complicated one with many inputs and outputs. Based on an analysis of the thickness, speed, the hydraulic roll gap and the strip tension control system, a simulation model has been developed in accordance with the transfer function of the control system and the technological model. The program is written in FORTRAN language. Many subroutine programs are provided in order to facilitate any alteration or revision and transplantation. The simulation results are checked with the directly measured curves so as to improve the simulating accuracy. The error of simulation as checked with the data measured is smaller than 30%. Suggestions for further improvement of the thickness control system are made.
