| 摘 要： | 评价热电联产系统的准则可分为能量利用性评价准则,经济性评价准则,以及能量利用与经济性相结合的评价准则。本文对现有各种准则进行了分析,找出了适用于评价工业企业热电联产系统的能量利用性准则和经济性准则,并在此基础上提出了新的能量利用与经济性相结合的评价准则——修正净现值。该新准则适用于评价工业企业热电联产系统,而现有的该类准则只能评价区域性热电厂。

| Abstract: | The performance criteria for cogeneration can be divided into three kinds: thermodynamic criteria,
economic criteria and thermodynamic-economic criteria. Having analysed the existing criteria for co-
generaiton, this paper finds out the thermodynamic and economic criteria suitable for industrial cogen-
eration, and based on them, proposes a new thermodynamic-economic criterion, an improved net pre-
sent value. This new criterion is suituble to the assessment of the industrial cogeneration while the ex-
isting thermodynamic-economic criteria are appropriate only to district heat and power plants. |
