船舶机电系统故障模式与影响分析

摘    要:对船舶机电系统进行故障模式与影响分析(FMEA),判断每一个潜在故障对系统的影响,预先识别系统的危险性,提出补偿或减轻故障后果的措施,并给出限制由单一故障而导致船舶系统整体故障发生的技术原则.

Abstract:This paper mainly describes failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA) on ship engine and power systems,and estimates each potential effects on system failure,pre-identify the risk of the system through analysing the function or the hardware of electromechanical systems and then puts forward appropriate measures to compensate or mitigate the failure consequences and technical principles to restrict the overall fault of the ship system is led by a single fault.
