磷化-电泳连续法生产线传动系统的设计与施工工艺优化

摘    要:在磷化-电泳连续法油漆前处理生产线上,采用双主轮同步驱动的传动方式,降低了传动钢缆中的最大拉力,从而使各受力构件可以采用轻量化设计;在安装施工前,传动钢缆先经过充分的预拉伸,避免了钢缆使用初期因受拉伸载荷而伸长的问题,保证了传动链的尺寸稳定性,从而解决了传动链运转初期的“脱链”问题,并且显著缩短了调试周期。

Abstract:In order to reduce maximal pulling force of driving cables that are applied to a production line of pretreatment before being painted with phosphatization-electrophoresis continuous method,a transmissible way of synchronic along with double driving gear is adopted.Hence,the weight of mechanical parts may be reduced.Before being fixed,the driving cables are pre-pulled fully,avoiding driving cables lengthening when they are put in the initial stage and guaranteeing dimension stability of transmissin chain.The problem of chain dropping at the beginning of driving chain running is overcome and the adjusting period is obviously cut down.
