| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了建筑节能的背景,指出政府政策在推行建筑节能过程中的主导作用。随后阐述了我国建筑节能政策的现状,分析当前存在的问题,最后通过与新加坡建筑节能政策的比较研究,结合我国的国情,为政府制定建筑节能政策提出建议。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the background of the building energy-saving,the Government's policy in the implementation of building energy-saving in the process of a leading role.Then it describes the status of China's building energy efficiency policies and analyzes the current problems.According to compare to the policies of Singapre and combine with China's national conditions, it makes the recommendations of building energy-saving policy for the Government. |
