摘    要:为调节橡胶结构和改善其性能,以烯丙基七异丁基多面体齐聚倍半硅氧烷(Allyllsobutyl POSS)和丁二烯(Bd)为聚合单体,正丁基锂(n-BuLi)为引发剂,环已烷为溶剂,乙基四氢糠基醚(ETE)为调节剂,采用负离子引发聚合法成功地制备了聚丁二烯(PB)/POSS纳米杂化材料,系统地研究了聚合反应条件、调节剂和POSS加入量等因素对共聚合反应和杂化材料微观结构的影响.结果表明,POSS的引入明显降低了共聚合反应速率和共聚物的分子质量,分子质量分布也有所加宽;改变反应条件对共聚合反应影响有限,但加入调节剂可明显提高共聚合反应速率;POSS的引入明显增加了PB中的1,2结构含量,并显示出与调节剂在调节结构方面的良好协同作用.
