乙二胺四乙酸-甲醛-邻甲基苯胺固体缩合物的制备及其对钢铁在酸中的缓蚀作用

摘    要:本文叙述了用EDTA与甲醛、邻甲基苯胺反应制备固体缩合物的方法,DSC热分析证实固体产物是EDTA与醛胺缩合物存在一定的化学结合,该产物在酸中溶解度比在纯水中大并能降低其表面张力.通过腐蚀失重实验证明,该产物是较好的钢铁材料酸洗缓蚀剂和抑雾剂,用量在0.1~0.2克/升,缓蚀率可达93%以上,若与NaCl及乌洛托品配合使用则效果更佳。

Abstract:This paper relates to the preperation of solid of the reaction product of ortho-toluidine and formaldehyde, and ethylenediaminetraacetic acid. The preparation as inhibitor is used in acid corrosion of forrous-containing materials. It's solubility .surface tension the inhibiting effect are tested. Result shown, The preparation inhibiting effect is good. And that it can be to restrain formation of acid vapor. When the solid product is 0. 1g/l to 0.2g/l in solution of acid. The inhibiting effect is more then 93%. If it is rsed together with Nacl and hexanmethylenamine (CH2)6N4, it'sinhibiting effect is better.
