| 摘 要： | 结合重庆大学实验教学和实验教学管理方面的实际，全面分析了高等学校实验教学和实验教学督导工作的特点。从选聘实验教学督导教师、实验教学督导的方式、实验教学督导内容及要求等方面，阐述了如何组织实施及加强实验教学督导，构建完善的实验教学过程管理及监控体系，并对不断提高实验教学质量方面进行了深入的实践和探索。
