多边形填充扫描线算法在行切刀具轨迹生成中的应用

摘    要:推广应用了计算机图形学中的多边形填充扫描线算法的基本思想,解决了在机械零件型腔加工中生成行切刀具中心轨迹时,快速准确稳定地求行切扫描线与型腔轮廓边界交点的问题,建立了完整的适应实际情况且容易编程实现的数据结构和算法流程,并经实例证明是切实可行和有效的.

Abstract:The problem of calculating all the intersections of the scan lines with all edges of the outline quickly,accurately and steadily was solved,when generating the direction parallel tool path in machining,based on and extended foundational principles of the scan line algorithm for polygon filling in Computer Graphics.The complete data structure and algorithm procedure suitable for the practical conditions and easy to program were built.It was tested to be practicable and effective.
