青蘑菌种分离与培养特性研究

摘    要:以新鲜野生青蘑子实体为材料,用组织分离法获得青蘑菌株。研究了该菌株的培养特性。结果表明,青蘑菌丝生长的适宜pH为6.5,适宜温度为25℃,适宜氮源是蛋白胨,适宜碳源是玉米粉,适宜栽培培养基是棉籽壳培养基。

Abstract:Vegetative mycelium was isolated from the tissue of fresh fruit body of Pleurotus ostreatus collected from the wild and the effects of various culture parameters on mycelial growth were determined.Optimal temperature and pH value of ycelial growth were 25℃ and 6.0 respectively.At the same time,the highest mycelial growth rate was supported by peptone and corn flour based on testing a number of carbon and nitrogen sources.In addition,cotton seed hull was superior to wood sawdust for the artificial cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus strains.
