振动切削中应力波传播的有限元分析

摘    要:通过有限元分析验证了在振动切削时冲击载荷的作用极大的影响着切屑的形成,刀具与切屑的冲击作用使得切削加工区域的应力波不断产生并传播,正是应力波的反复作用使得切削区内的金属疲劳不断产生微裂纹和裂纹.从而表明了振动切削加工方法有利于微裂纹的萌生与扩展,并降低了刀-屑间的摩擦,使切削力降低,加工精度提高.

Abstract:The finite element analysis proven that the shock load has a great influence on the chip formation.And the influence of the shock between the cutter and the chip can lead to the stress waves in the deformation zone repeatedly and make the metal fatigue so as to create the micro-crack and the crack.It was demonstrated.The process method makes the tiny crack nucleated and propagated easy.And the process method also reduces the tool-chip interface friction.It makes the cutting forces lower and the accuracy higher as well.
