| 摘 要： | 汉文帝以仁为基础，构建了一个为后人称诵的清明社会。其构建理路是：克己欲以厚天下、旧兼新以尽臣才、怀与安以置诸侯、柔中刚以理边境。“福由德兴”，汉文帝以治国实践证明了这是不刊之论。

| Abstract: | Basis of virtue, the Hanwen Emperor had constructed a be-praised harmony society. It assays with four phase： restraint own appetite to appeasement his people＇s will, use freshman and old minister simultaneous to do their best, cope with internal re-country, bring into effect using the tactic of friendly and martial simultaneously to subside the frontier. Which are Hanwen Emperor＇s specific practice to construct a prosperous society. |
