蒙古黄芪对持续运动大鼠糖代谢的影响

摘    要:对持续运动Wistar大鼠的肝糖原、肌糖原、血乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的含量进行了测试分析,结果表明蒙古黄芪对运动后大鼠的肌糖原、肝糖原的恢复有明显的作用,甚至出现了超量恢复;同时降低了运动后血乳酸的积累。本文提示,蒙古黄芪可能是很好的促进疲劳恢复的营养补剂。

Abstract:In the study those parameters of liver glycogen, muscle glycogen, blood lactic acid, LDH, MDH were measured and analyzed in endurance swimming training rats. Results showed that AMB could have a significant effect on the recovery of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen, which even appeared to be over-recovered. At the same time, AMB could decrease the cumulus of blood lactic acid after swimming training. This study suggested that AMB be high quality sports nutrition tonic on the recovery from fatigue.
