Research on the generative process planning in JAC CAPP system

More and more enterprises use computer aided process planning to reduce product life cycles and improve market shares. In terms of the principles of practicality and intelligence,this paper analyzes in detail the process character of mid thickness stamping part and the feature information needed by generative design, and presents a method of intergrating decision table and information base to establish the generative process planning system. The system has been developed and put into operation, but compared with foreign similar technique, its intelligence must be improved.
