| 摘 要： | 电价联动是继续推进电力市场化改革迫切需要解决的问题之一。针对当前峰谷分时电价的实施现状,本文在综合考虑需求侧响应及有关主体利益平衡的基础上提出了峰谷电价的联动模型，并作了案例计算。
