| 摘 要： | 指出了我国城市道路交通中所存在的噪声污染问题，阐述了道路交通噪声污染给人们带来的危害，对产生噪声污染的原因进行了分析，并从工程措施、技术措施、交通管制措施等方面对如何降低道路交通噪声污染进行了探讨，从而提出了控制对策。

| Abstract: | Point out the noise pollution existing in the urban road traffic of our country, explain the harniness that the noise pollution of road traffic has brought to people and analyse reasons for producing noise pollution. From respects of project measure, technological measure and road traffic, how to reduce the noise pollution of road traffic is discussed. Thus the controlling countermeasures are proposed. |
