摘    要:本文综述了目前应用的弹簧钢丝的生产工艺及组织性能特点,指出冶金质量差,力学性能低和表面质量达不到要求是目前弹簧钢丝存在的主要问题。超细晶粒形变热处理是组织超细化与形变热处理结合的一种复合强韧化工艺,它既可提高钢丝的力学性能,同时又能改善钢丝的表面质量。文中着重介绍了该工艺特点,以及通过该工艺处理的弹簧钢丝的组织性能特点,并给出了一些应用实例。

Abstract:Production technique and structure-property characteristics of existing spring-wire overviewed in this paper.The spring-wire's main problems are poor qualities,low-grade mechanical property and unattained requirement of surface property.Super fine crystal grain and deformation surface heat-treatment is a strong compound malleable technology of structure super fine and deformation heat-treatment.It can improve the mechanical property and the surface quality of wire-steel.In this paper, the processing and the structure property characteristics are introduced,and some actual applied examples are given
