| 摘 要： | 本文分析了藏族迁移及族群关系研究的重大意义,同时分析了目前的现状和所面临的问题.认为现有藏族起源迁移的研究在语言学、古人类学、历史学等学科的研究为主,而遗传学或分子生物学方面的研究相对较少;对西藏民族和文明的起源和迁移,还没有定论,学者们所做的工作还只是探讨性质的.本文提出以Y染色体SNPs和线粒体mtDNA多态性的分子生态学、生物信息学研究为主,与人类学家、藏医学家一起,综合人文学科研究成果,对藏族起源和迁移进行系统进行研究,是进行民族起源、族群关系及迁移研究的最佳方案. |

| Abstract: | This paper refers to the significance and actuality of research on the Tibet nationality migration and the relations among ethnic group.The actual problems are also included.The present research is more on humanities compared to molecular biology.So there are no final conclusions about the origin and migration of the Tibet nationality and the scholars work is only groping.To resolve the problems,the key way is to focus on molecular biology and bioinformatics which embodies polymorphism of Y chromosome SNPs and mitochondrion mtDNA.It is also important that the anthropologist and the Tibetan doctors so on have a systemic research on the Tibet nationality and migration after analyzing humanities research results. |
