| 摘 要： | 复杂对象系统的综合评价是一个典型的多人多层次多目标决策问题。本文阐述了开发面向复杂对象系统的集成式智能化评价支持系统开发环境的必要性，描述了ＩＩＥＳＳＤＥ的基本结构和基本功能，讨论了ＩＩＥＳＳＤＥ的综合评价机理，并介绍了ＩＩＥＳＳＤＥ的实现技术与方法。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive evaluation of complex object systems is a typical multiperson multilayer multiobjective decision-making problem. In this paper,the necessity of developing an integrated intelligent evaluation support system devclopment environment(IIESSDE)towards complex object systems is described,the basic structure and basic functions of IIESSDE are presented,the comprehensive evaluation machanism of IIESSDE is discussed,and the implementation techniques and methods of IIESSDE are introduced.By use of this development environment,the practical comprehensive evaluation support systems can be built at a high speed,in a high quality and at a low cast,furthermore,the built systems are easy to maintain and their functions are easy to enlarge. |
