| 摘 要： | 大众群体偏好的集结是制定公共决策的基础。本文对这类问题进行了研究，提出了一种确定群体偏好结构的方法。该方法与传统的群体偏好结集方法不同，能有效而又可靠地确定群体的总体偏好结构，从而为制定公共决策提供详细可靠的信息。
