微生物降解含煤油废水的研究

摘    要:采用微生物法对含煤油废水进行降解,利用HC-404非分散红外测油仪和GC/MS联用仪对降解效果进行跟踪测定。正交试验得出较佳的降解条件为硼(C):ω(N):ω(P)=360:6:1,1L废水中加入表面活性剂0.5mL,H202为4mL,pH值为8。非分散红外测定结果表明,该条件下烷烃总降解率为91.53%。由降解前后质谱图的对比得出,对正烷烃的降解作用最为明显,其次是支链烷烃,对芳香烃化合物亦有一定程度的降解效果。

Abstract:Kerosene contained wastewater was degraded by the microbiological method,and the degradation effect was tracked by HC-404 Oil Analyzer and GC/MS.The best conditions obtained by orthogonal tests were as follows:w(C)∶w(N)∶w(P) ratio is 360∶6∶1,the surfactant concentration is 0.5 mL/L,total amount of H2O2 is 4 mL/L,and the pH is 8.In the above conditions,highest alkane degradation rate 91.53% was obtained by non-dispersive infrared method detection.Comparing the MS map before degradation with that after degradation,it can be seen that straight-chain alkanes was degraded in the most degree,followed by the branched-chain alkanes,and the aromatic compounds was only degraded to certain extent.
