| 摘 要： | 由Sephadex G200分离的纯PHA注入家兔淋巴结。对注入PHA的3只健康家兔血清蛋白相对含量电泳分析,发现各种球蛋白相对含量均增加。还发现PHA治疗肝炎患者时出现了类似形式,但只r球蛋白增加,个别清蛋白/球蛋白倒置恢复正常。

| Abstract: | The PHA separated by sephadex G 200 was injected into rabbit lymphnodes. Sera from three normal rabbits that had been injected with PHAwere assayed for relative protein content by electrophoresis. The resultsindicated that in rabbits, all globulins increased. In the hepatitis, asimilar pattern was observed, although only the r globulin was affected.The proportion of albumin/globulin returned from reserse was observed inindividual patient. |
