地下水数值模拟中P-PCG并行子程序包的改进

摘    要:在详细分析MODFLOW中P-PCG并行子程序包设计原理的基础上,针对其对层数较少模型加速效果不理想的特点提出了改进方案.在对同一算例数值模型的测试中,P-PCG并行子程序包加速比可以达到1.6,而改进后的P-PCG并行子程序包最大加速比可以达到3.2,明显提高了地下水数值模型的运行速度.

Abstract:The principle of design for parallel P-PCG subroutine package was introduced in detail,and some proposals were suggested,aiming at improving the acceleration performance of groundwater model which contains a few layers.In a comparison test for a calculation example,the speedup of parallel P-PCG subroutine package merely reach up to 1.6,while the speedup of improved parallel P-PCG subroutine package reach up to 3.2,which significantly accelerate the process of numerical simulation of groundwater flow.
