摘    要:针对某大型地下金属矿山存有大量复杂边界矿柱的工程实际,为了优化设计复杂边界矿柱回采崩矿方式,结合CMS精密探测技术,运用矿山三维建模软件SURPAC对复杂边界矿柱进行了三维可视化建模.在此基础上,构建了复杂边界矿柱的块体模型,并导出其数据文件,采用接口程序将其导入数值分析软件FLAC3D中,实现了复杂边界矿柱数值模型的快速准确构建.模拟分析了后退式侧向崩矿和水平上向分层崩矿2种可行的回采崩矿方式,结合模拟过程中矿柱及充填体的力学响应特征,实现了复杂边界矿柱回采崩矿方式的数值优化.

Abstract:For the engineering practice that there are a lot of complex border pillars in a large underground metal mines,in order to optimize the design of mining collapse way of complex boundary pillar,combined with CMS sophisticated detection technology,the three-dimensional visual model of the complex boundary pillar was built by using of mine three-dimensional modeling software SURPAC.On the basis,the block model of the complex boundary pillar was built,and its data files were exported.The data files were imported into numerical analysis software FLAC3D through an interface program.The numerical model of complex boundary pillars was built fast and accurately.The backward lateral mining collapse and the level of hierarchical mining collapse were simulated.combined with the mechanical response characteristics of pillar and backfill,mining collapse way of a complex boundary pillar was devised through numerical optimization.
