蜂窝陶瓷涂层质量分数的研究

摘    要:文章以蜂窝陶瓷涂层为研究对象,对制备涂层用的Al2O3胶液在蜂窝陶瓷涂层的质量分数进行研究。结果表明,影响胶液最大的因素是质量分数,质量分数越高,胶液的触变性越明显,凡是影响胶液触变性的因素,都能影响蜂窝陶瓷涂层的质量分数。高的质量分数的获得,实际操作与胶液发生触变的时间相协调至关重要。

Abstract:In this paper, the loading of the monolithic washcoat of the sol Al_2O_3 have been studied.The results revealed that the most important factor in the sol thixotropy is the solid content of the dispersion. The sol thixotropy is favorable to the increase of the loading of the monolithic washcoat. Practical operation should coordinate with the time of sol thixotropy to obtain the higher loading of monolithic washcoat. Higher loading can be obtained on monolithic support with high water absorption. The operation under high vacuum is favorable to the increase of the loading.
