摘    要:通过建立三维热传导方程模型,研究不同正多边形形状的金属盘子在电烤箱中加热后的热量分布情况,用有限容积法进行求解,并对其进行数值模拟,以指导其在食品烘烤方面的应用.

Abstract:A three-dimensional heat conduction equation model is established to research on heat distribution of different shapes plate heated in an electric oven in this paper. The mathematical model is solved by using the finite volume method, and numerical simulation is taken to guide food baking.
