冲旋钻钻速影响因素研究

摘    要:分析了钻速(ROP) 与泵量、立管压力、冲击频率以及钻柱和液柱共振之间的关系.指出,ROP随冲击频率的增加而快速增加,但这种增加并非线性关系,存在一最优冲击频率范围,使钻速保持较高.共振对系统振幅有较大影响,因而直接影响到钻速的变化,既有利,又有弊,使得钻速的变化呈波动状.泥浆性质(粘度、密度,弹性) 对冲击频率有一定影响,它会降低冲击频率,研究认为,尽管有诸多影响冲旋钻钻速的因素,但冲旋钻的钻速比常规钻速要提高很多,是有前途的高效快速钻井方法.

Abstract:The relationship isanalyzed betw een ROPand pum p flow rate, standpipepressure, ham m erfre- quency and the resonance ofdrilling string and fluid colum n. Itis pointed thatROPw illincrease quickly w ith the increase ofham m erfrequency, buttherelationship betw een them isnonlinear. There isa optim um range of ham m er frequency in w hich ROPcan keep a high level. The resonance w illgreatly influence system am plitude, and it w illalso fluctuate ROP. The ham m er frequency ofthe drilling system in w hich m ud is used as drilling fluid is low erthan thatofthe drilling system in w hich w aterisused asdrilling fluid. The physicalpropertiesof m ud (viscosity, density and elasticity) have effect on ham m er frequency. Research show s that the ROP of ham m erdrilling is higher than thatofotherconventionaldrilling m ethodsalthough there are som e unfavourable factors. Ham m er drilling is a high-efficiency drilling technique.
