基于NCP1014芯片的开关电源设计

摘    要:NCP101X系列芯片是低待机功耗离线开关电源的自给电流式单片转换器,它将固定频率电流模式PWM控制器和700V的MOSFET集成在一块芯片上。它还具有软起动、频率抖动、短路电流保护、跳周期、最大峰值电流调整和动态自供电功能。本文介绍一种基于低待机功耗NCP1014芯片的开关电源设计,实验证明它具有外围电路简单、体积小、转换效率高和成本低等特点。

Abstract:The NCP101X series belong to self-supplied monolithic switcher for low standby power offline switch mode power supply.It integrates a fixed-frequency current mode PWM controller and 700v MOSFET.It has many functions: soft-start,frequency jittering,short-circuit protection,skip-supply.This paper introduces the design of switch mode power supply based on low standby power NCP1014.The experiments indicate that this switch mode power supply(SMPS) has simplisity of peripheral circuit,small size,high switches efficiency and low-cost.
