摘    要:新建地方本科院校应用型人才培养体系是一个多要素系统。对它的体系内涵进一步拓展、丰富的对策建议包括建立教师教学发展中心和学生发展中心;人才培养方案的制定为学生个性化、多样化发展服务;以实践项目为载体,推动学生创新创业能力的构建;教师工作业绩考核和学生学业成绩考核以促进学生发展为宗旨;重视学生学习效能感与教师教学效能感的培养与相互促进;完善教学管理制度与管理手段,更好服务学生学习。

Expanding the Connotation of the System for Training Practical Talents at Newly- built Local University

Abstract:There is a system of various elements for the system for training practical talents at newly - bruit universities. Expanding the connotation the system calls for the establishment of the teacher development centre and student development centre, the service of the talent training program for the students' individual development, the practice based on the project, the promotion of students' innovative capacity, promoting students' development by evaluating the teachers' and the students' achievements, developing the teachers and the students' sense of efficiency, and perfecting the teaching managing policy and measures.
