| 摘 要： | ＶＲＭＬ和ＭＰＥＧ－４是两个独立的标准，但它们之间却有着紧密的联系。ＶＲＭＬ标准先于ＭＰＥＧ－４发布，并对ＭＰＥＧ－４有着重要的影响。本文在简要介绍了ＶＲＭＬ和 ＭＰＥＧ－４后，着重介绍 ＶＲＭＬ在 ＭＰＥＧ－４中的应用。
