| 摘 要： | 农村改革的实质是利益关系的调整，维护和实现农民经济利益是农村改革的出发点和落脚点。农村改革30年的过程，就是维护和实现农民经济利益的过程。当前维护和实现农民经济利益面临的深层次问题也只有通过不断深化农村改革才能解决。

| Abstract: | The essence of the rural reform is the readjustment of benefit. Safeguarding and realizing the peasants＇ economic interests of rural reform is the starting point and the foothold. The process of the rural reform in the 30 years recently is the process of safeguarding and realizing the peasants＇economic interests. Currently, the deep problems of Safeguarding and realizing the peasants＇ economic interests can be solved only through deepening the rural reform to solve. |
