基于GIS、GPS、GSM和GPRS的保险查勘车监控调度系统的应用技术和实现

保险公司最主要的服务是理赔查勘定损服务。在接到保户出险信息后,如何使查勘人员在第一时间内到达现场,快速定损理赔,是提升公司服务水平的关键。分析了传统调度查勘车模式的不足,提出构建以GIS、GPS、GSM和GPRS为主要应用技术的保险查勘车监控调度系统。结合保险相关业务,利用GIS地理分析功能,凭借GPS强大定位优势,通过GSM全球移动通讯系统和GPRS通用分组无线业务技术,实现了对保险查勘车辆的实时监控和就近调度。该系统已在人保财险唐山市分公司得到应用,并取得良好效果。
