| 摘 要： | 观察了大鼠力竭运动后心肌线粒体磷脂酶A2活性的变化,发现运动后心肌线粒体磷脂酶A2活性显著升高,而对大鼠灌胃唐古特白刺后发现力竭运动后心肌线粒体磷脂酶A2活性显著下降.结果提示:唐古特白刺中的主要功效成分具有稳定自由基,提高机体免疫力,抗衰老等保健功效.

| Abstract: | The alterations of exhaustive swimming on the phospholipase A_(2)activity in rat heart were investigated.The results showed that after exhaustive swimming the phospholipase A_(2)activity were increased significantly.But after being drunk Nitraria tangotorurn Bobr,we found that after exhaustive swimming the phosplipase A_(2)activity were decreased obviously.The above findings suggested that the main effective part of Nitriaria tangotorurn Bobr.Have steadys oxygen radicals which makes a contribution keeping fit power,such as improving the resisting organism,detesting to become old,etc. |
