| Abstract: | This paper sums up and expounds the new features of our country's modified , the first of which is to further externalize the attributes of the being as a private law, the second of which is to perfect the protective mechanism for the legal equity of the stockholders (especially the minor stockholders), and the third of which is to strengthen the enterprise's internal supervision mechanism. |
