| 摘 要： | 在仿形刀架数学模型的基础上,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件建立了其控制系统的仿真模型,绘制了开环系统的Bode图及4种典型信号作用下的仿真曲线.为液压仿形刀架设计参数的选择和性能的研究提供了理论依据,对保证加工质量具有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Based on the mathematical model of profiling tool rest,a simulation model of the control system was built by Matlab/Simulink.And the Bode plot of open loop system and simulation curves under four typical signals were created,which are helpful for the choice of hydraulic profile modeling tool rest’s parameters and provide a theoretical basis for the performance studying.The result has a guiding significance for ensuring its machining quality. |
