静态施药模糊控制系统的研究与设计

摘    要:精确施药控制系统具有控制变量因素多、非线性与强耦合等特点,因此解决这类复杂的时变系统用传统的PID控制方法几乎无法控制.以"3WC-30-G车载式超低容量自动喷雾机"为研究载体,通过分析其静态模式施药控制原理,结合实践的经验知识,试图利用模糊控制的方法,对其精确施药控制系统进行研究与设计.通过Matlab软件仿真实验表明,基于模糊控制的静态施药控制系统可以取得比较理想的控制效果,从而为精确施药控制领域的研究提供了一种新的理论方法.

Abstract:There are many characteristics such as too many control variable factors nonlinear strong coupling and so on in precise spray control system,it is almost impossible to control these complex time-varying systems by using traditional PID control method.The authors try to research and design its precise spray control system by using fuzzy control method,through analyzing its static mode spray control theory of "3WC-30-G vehicle-mounted ultra low volume automatic sprayer" and combining with practical experience and knowledge.Simulation result by Matlab software shows that it can get ideal control effect on static spray control system based on fuzzy control,so as to provide a new theoretical approach for studying precise spray control field.
