紫外光光催化定型剂的制备及其对牛仔布压皱定型整理的研究

摘    要:采用丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)为压皱定型剂,次亚磷酸钠(SHP)作为催化剂,纳米TiO2作为光催化剂,JFC为渗透剂,制备出一种牛仔服装用无醛紫外光光催化压皱定型整理剂,将其应用于纯棉靛蓝牛仔服装压皱整理,研究经电晕辐照处理后再经高压喷射处理工艺整理牛仔布,讨论BTCA浓度,纳米TiO2浓度,紫外光辐照照射时间,电晕处理电压和电晕处理时间对牛仔布折皱回复角的影响。结果表明:BTCA浓度,纳米TiO2浓度,紫外光辐照照射时间和电晕处理时间对牛仔布折皱回复角影响较大,电晕处理电压对牛仔布折皱回复角影响较小,综合考虑,紫外光光催化定型整理剂对牛仔布的较合适的整理工艺条件为:BTCA浓度125g/L,纳米TiO2浓度0.1%,紫外光辐照照射时间30min,电晕处理电压13kV和电晕处理时间3min。

Abstract:In this paper,one kind of nonformaldehyde crumpling finishing agent of UV photocatalysis is prepared by utilizing BTCA as crumpling tackifier,SHP as catalyst,nano-TiO2 as photocatalyst and JFC as penetrant,and it is applied to the crumpling process of cotton indigo denim.The crumpling effects of cotton denim in the high-pressure-jet-after-corona process are studied.In addition,what we have discussed is how the factors such as concentration of BTCA,concentration of nanoTiO2,the time of UV radiation,the voltage of corona and the time of corona respectively influence the WRA of denim.These discussion indicate that what influence largely on WRA of denim are concentration of BTCA,concentration of nano TiO2,time of UV radiation and corona,but slightly is voltage of corona.In my study,the most suitable conditions for treating cotton denim are that: the concentration of BTCA is 125g/L;concentration of nano TiO2 is 0.1%;the time of UV radiation is 30min;the voltage of corona is 13kV and the time of corona is 3min.
