护理路径在社区高血压患者中的应用研究

探讨建立实施护理路径应用于社区高血压控制的有效性和可行性。将社区内120例高血压患者分为实验组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组实施一般社区卫生服务,实验组实施社区护理路径服务。4个月后,对两组患者的测量结果、认知和信心比较评价。实施护理路径后的实验组测量结果、认知和信心优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。社区护理路径的实施可提高治疗高血压的疗效,降低了高血压患者的血压和改善患者生活质量。

Study on Nursing Pathway in a Community for the Patients with Hypertension

To evaluate the effect and feasibility of developing and carrying out nursing pathway in a community for the control of anxiety of hypertension, 120 patients with hypertension were selected and randomly divideded into experimantal group （n=60） and control group （n=60）. Patients in the control group received routine community nursing. The community nursing ways was applied for patients in experimental group. After four months, the results of blood pressure, cognition and confidence for the patients from two groups were compare and evaluated, The results of blood pressure, cognition and confidence for expermental group was better than that of control group. There was significant difference between the two group （P〈0.01）. Community nursing pathway is proved to be feasible and effective in reducing blood pressure, and improving their life quality.
