钉道对股骨力学性能影响的研究

摘    要:为了探究股骨粗隆间骨折愈合后,钉道对股骨力学性能的影响,分别建立了正常股骨和带钉道的股骨上段有限元模型,模拟正常步态中单腿站立相时股骨的受力情况,从强度和刚度两方面进行评价.研究表明,钉道对股骨刚度影响不大,但降低了股骨的强度,尤其是对患有骨质疏松症的老年患者.

Abstract:To research the influence of screw channels on the femur after inter-trochanteric fracture healing, finite element models of normal femur and femur with screw channels are estahlished with the load condition of oneqegged stance during gait. The influence is assessed by the change of the strength of the femur. The study shows that screw channels hardly change the stiffness hut diminish the strength of the femur, especially to senile patients with osteoporosis.
