| 摘 要： | 随着新的《义务教育法》的颁布实施,坚持教育公益性,促进教育公平,满足适龄儿童少年的就学需求,成为构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。本文通过对雁塔区近年来外来务工人员子女的就学需求的调研、分析,肯定雁塔区在接纳新市民就学方面所做的努力和成效,并针对大量新市民子女就学带来的压力,提出一些针对性的对策,以期促进教育事业又好又快地发展。
