| 摘 要： | 腺病毒载体是目前基因治疗中应用最广泛的一种病毒载体，与其他病毒载体不同，腺病毒载体的诸多优点决定了腺病毒载体在基因治疗领域中具有广阔的应用前景．文章综述了腺病毒载体的结构、研发过程、构建及应用前景等，为进一步优化和利用腺病毒表达载体提供参考． |

| Abstract: | Adenovirus vector in gene therapy is the most extensive application of virus vector, and various other vector, adenovirus vector of the many merits of the decision adenovirus vector in the field of gene therapy has broad application prospects.
