摘    要:设计合成了具有苯并咪唑结构的芳硼酸类新型荧光化合物,并进行了结构表征;研究了新化合物的荧光性质;并分别探讨了此类化合物在50%甲醇水溶液中对D-葡萄糖、D-果糖、D-麦芽糖的作用,研究结果表明,合成的目的化合物与单糖和双糖都有较强的作用,使化合物的荧光发生特征性改变,特别是对果糖有很好的选择性识别,此类化合物可作为检测果糖的荧光传感器开展进一步研究.

Abstract:In this paper,novel fluorescence compounds with aromatic boronic acid and benzimidazole were synthesized,and their structures and fluorescent properties were measured.The reactions of these compounds with sugars including D-glucose,D-fructose and D-maltose were examined in 50% methanol aqueous.The fluorescent properties of the novel fluorescence compounds binding with mono saccharides or disaccharides were changed.And the results indicate that the compounds have substantial selectivity to fructose.Further r...
