| 摘 要： | 以ＮＣ－１２９为先导化合物，合成了一系列２－特丁基（苯基）－４－５－巯（羟）基取代苯乙酮（肟）－３（２Ｈ）－哒嗪酮衍生物１ａ～１ｑ对中间体２－苯基－４－氯－５－巯基－３（２Ｈ）－哒嗪酮的合成方法进行了改进，并采用一锅煮方法合成了目标产物Ｉｇ～Ｉｉ初生物活性测定表明，多数化合物具有较好的植物生长激素活性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a
series of pyridazinone derivatives Ia-Ir were synthesized. The synthesis of the intermediate 2
phenyl 4 chloro 5 mercapto 3(2H)pyridazinone 2c was improved. Compounds Ig-Ii were prepared
by one pot reaction. Preliminary bioassay results indicated that most of these compounds
possessed plant growth regulatory activities. |
