| 摘 要： | 利用磁弹性法测定了 12 0km/h快运货车转向架焊接构架用 16Mn钢的磁声特性曲线 ,并以此作为基础对构架 5种工况下的焊接残余应力进行了现场测试 ,得到了构架上残余应力的分布规律 ,并对测试结果进行了比较 .

| Abstract: | The magnetic acoustic characteristic curve of 16Mn steel, which the welded bogie frames of express freight at 120 km/h are made of, is determined by use of magnetic elastic method. The characteristic curve used as the calibration curve, the welded residual stress is measured on bogie frames in operation at five states. The distribution of the residual stress has been obtained and the results from measurement are compared. |
