一种新型的磨屑在线监测传感器的实验研究

摘    要:在分析国际上现行的磨屑在线监测传感器的基础上,提出了一种新型的磨屑监测传感器一电磁铁重复聚集磨屑,霍尔器件测量磨屑量的变化的磨屑,并对磨屑的传感与测量方式进行了实验研究.对监测输出与磨屑浓度的关系进行了理论分析,最后对样机进行了实验研究.实验研究表明,所研究的磨屑传感器可以有效地反映磨屑浓度的变化,具有较好的应用前景.

Test Research on a Novel Debris on-line Monitor Sensor

Abstract:Under the analyses of the development state for the a kind of debris on-line monitor, in which the Electromagnet debris on-line monitor in gearbox, the paper presents is used to cluster the debris, are used to measure the changes of the concentration for the debris in oil. Then, the and HALL Components Sensing and measurement modes are tested, and the relation between the Concentration for the debris in oil and the output of the HALL Components is discussed. At last, the test for the Prototype is carried out. The test shows that the monitor output varies with the Concentration for the debris in linear changes.
