基于自适应模拟退火算法的间歇精馏过程优化

摘    要:分析了间歇精馏过程的动态优化模型,基于对自适应模拟退火算法的研究,提出了一种改进的邻域调整方案,并将'其应用于求解间歇精馏过程的动态优化问题.仿真结果表明,改进后的算法大大加快了搜索速度,提高了最优解的质量,为工业过程控制的设计提供了高效、可靠的参考依据.

Abstract:Dynamic optimization model of batch distillation process is analyzed, at the same time the adaptive simulated annealing algorithm is studied, then a new scheme through adjusting the neighborhood range is introduced into the dynamic optimization problem of batch distillation process. The simulation results show that the improved method not only quicken the search speed, but also improve the quality of optimal value, which supplies higher ef- ficiency and credible direction for design of industry process control.
